Location: Haringey
Salary: £150 - £200 per day
Start Date: 9th June 2025
Contract: Long Term (must be available to work during the summer holiday – August)

GSL Education London is excited to be recruiting for a Exam and Data Manager to join a friendly and supportive all-girls’ secondary school in Haringey. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced school environment. As the Exam and Data Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth running of internal and external exams and managing essential data for the school.

We are looking for a dedicated Exam and Data Manager who can start on 9th June 2025 and commit to the long-term role, including working during the summer holiday period. The ideal candidate will be confident in handling sensitive information, meeting deadlines, and communicating with students, staff, and exam boards.

• Oversee the full exam process, including entries, timetables, invigilation, and results

• Liaise with exam boards to ensure compliance with regulations

• Coordinate all exam invigilators and training

• Manage student data, attendance records, and assessment information

• Prepare and analyse performance data to support school improvement

• Support SLT with reporting and data management systems

• Ensure secure handling and storage of exam papers and data

• Previous experience as an Exam and Data Manager or similar school-based role

• Excellent IT skills, especially in SIMS and Excel

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Flexible and adaptable with a problem-solving approach

• Must be available to work during the summer holiday period (August)
